Is outsourcing bad for developing countries?

I know that it can help their economy, create jobs, etc… But it can’t be so easy can it? I’m mainly wondering if there’s bad things for countries like Mexico or India by taking these outsourced jobs? I was thinking they’re heavily reliant on developed countries but I’m not sure what else.

With outrageous workman’s comp. claims and healthcare costs, and Union induced cost of employing in USA, which really does not add to net income of average American worker, do you believe American workers have priced themselves out of market?

If you were a potential empoyee and you had a choice, what would yu do? Pay a high cost of workman’s comp…for mainly trumped up claimes or outsource?
BTW, I am not an employer or a foriegn worker taking up American job. I am an American employed by American employee!
People in India and China are not working in oor condition but their healthcare premiumsand workman’s comp…burdens are much less…

For areas like Detroit and Pittsburgh the Unions drove companies to other countries who did not demand such unusually high wages/protection/benefits. This destroyed local economy in these areas. Bad as demand for jobs went down and w/ that follows lower pay which causes less spending power which causes local businesses to fail.

think about it, US companies outsourced production to Asia in order for cheaper labor and less environmental standards. Now since Asia is industrializing because of the growth in manufacturing they require oil. and since they need oil, demand has risen making oil prices sky rocket. Can we blame companies who have out sourced for the drastic climb in oil prices?
