As long as we a have a Free Market companies will continue to send manufacturing and administration offshore to keep costs down and maximize profits.

If Obama even hinted he might put blocks on this the GOP would scream blue murder on behalf of all the big business that pays them. rejectedzipper

    Yes he has!

he has spent and pledged to spend trillions of more dollars than any other president has ever done.

This has devalued the Dollar–which makes US goods cheaper overseas.
This has meant that it is cheaper now then it was last year to produce goods in the USA and sale them overseas.–which means manufacturing jobs in the USA have not declined by as much as they would have should the dollar remain relatively strong. .
if he keeps spending the dollar will eventually decline to the point that US goods will be cheaper for the chinese to buy than to actually produce themselves and that means saving Jobs.
of course it means a decline in the US lifestyle and quality of living–along with burdening the US taxpayers with colossal debt that will lower the standard of living for generations—but we will have menial jobs that don’t pay crap to be thankful for.
