How large is the risk of outsourcing?

Computer Engineering is still worth studying. Not all computer jobs are being outsourced, just certain types, i.e. help desk support and programmers. Even then, there are still plenty of jobs to be had as not everyone is buying in to the outsourcing model. Modest
It seems that they are outsourcing the labor jobs that they can get foreign labor to do for little or nothing, and still be cheaper than USA union wages, after a few more chinese trying to poison our children they may be more watchful but not stop. They don’t really need to out source college level jobs, they send their smart folk over and we educate them , like we did Saddam Hussein and like we do 1000’s of our Doc’s that come over to study and never go home because our American Doc’s are tired of working 24/7 for less than any business CEO around……… Oh my am I being cynical??
