Is a Computer Sciences degree losing worth due to outsourcing?
Recently I have been speaking with some programmers and have been noticing a growing number of companies that decide to outsource their programming needs to India where the people work like machines for next to nothing compared to what you would pay someone here.
So my question is that, since I will be heading to college soon, will a degree in computer sciences and a career in programming be much harder to live on rather than say getting a degree in computer engineering and building systems and networks?
