    If a company is big enough or provides a service so specialized, they can outsource employment to almost anywhere and save money. If a company is smaller and receives less business because their customers have trouble with phone reps or agents, they’ll inevitably suffer over time. In either case, they’re saving money while the consumer is or is not frustrated. sugarysharleen

    People in India need jobs too, whatever is most efficient will give the consumer the best product at the cheapest cost. Who cares where the best deal is found? petesyodaddy
