I am working on an English essay, and I need more specifics about dates and the laws that allowed this issue to occur. I need lings to articles if possible. Anything other than Wikipedia is accepted by the professor. Any help would be much appreciated!

    No documentation,just experience…

My SWAG is Prez Clinton and the whole NAFTA thing…lots of jobs went south [and East] once this was passed. I recall read a report where jobs had gone to Mexico – everybody there happy…but then the job shifted to Indonesia as it was even cheaper than Mexico. sirbobby98121
